Who prepares the content

Content on this site is prepared by Cornelia Cove LLC with automated drafting tools, including AI writing assistants. Drafts are then checked against primary and publisher sources: the official ADA Standards text on ADA.gov, and the guides and price pages that restroom rental companies publish themselves. We do not have a named human subject-matter expert, event planner or sanitation professional reviewing the content, and we don't present anyone as one.

How figures are checked

• Every number that comes from an outside source links to the page it came from, and the sources page lists what each source supports and when we checked it.
• Numbers that are our own judgment, such as the outdoor summer adjustment and the price ranges, are labeled as planning estimates on the methodology page.
• Where sources disagree (they often do), we say so rather than picking the most convenient number.
• Worked examples are produced by running the calculator's actual code, not calculated by hand.

Independence

This site is for informational purposes only and is not affiliated with any specific rental company. Results from the calculator are estimates; actual requirements may vary based on venue and event details. Rental companies appear here only as cited sources, and citing a company's guide is not an endorsement of the company.

The site does not have a quote-request form and does not collect your contact details. Calculator inputs stay in your browser, and we don't use tracking or third-party advertising cookies (see the privacy policy). If that ever changes, for example by adding a quote form, advertising or a referral arrangement with rental companies, we will disclose it on this page and in the privacy policy.

Estimates, not quotes

The calculator's stall counts and the price ranges on the costs page are planning estimates. They are not quotes, offers or legal advice, and they don't replace your venue's rules, local permit or sanitation requirements, or a written quote from a provider. Accessibility guidance on this site describes what the ADA Standards say; it is not a determination of what applies to your event.

What we don't publish

We don't publish customer reviews, testimonials, star ratings or "best provider" rankings, and we don't invent statistics, case studies, experts or credentials. If we ever compare specific providers, the comparison will be based on their published information and labeled as such.

Corrections

If you find an error, an outdated price or a broken source link, email partners@corneliacove.com with the page address and, if you can, a link to the source that shows the correct figure. We review every report. When a correction is needed, we fix the page, update its "Last reviewed" date, and update the sources page if a source changed.

Review schedule

We recheck the figures and links on the methodology and sources pages at least every six months, whenever we change the calculator, and whenever a reader reports a problem. The most recent full review was October 16, 2026.
